We strive to provide fast and efficient order-filling and prompt shipping of your order.  Orders are usually shipped the next business day. On occasion, we may be out-of-stock on an item and we will contact you via telephone, e-mail or fax to keep you informed on the status of your order.

SHIPPING POLICY: Orders are shipped promptly from inventory via UPS, USPS Priority Mail or common carrier.   UPS shipping costs are calculated using UPS' "Real Time" rates and displayed to you during the CHECKOUT and payment process.  On small "lightweight" items weighing less than 2 lbs,  US Postal Service Priority Mail is more economical and sometimes faster.  However, US Postal Service does not accept aerosols, liquids or other combustibles.

Orders for over $1000 are shipped via common carrier with shipping charges prepaid by autobodyprep.com  IF order is billed at current website prices. Negotiated prices for large orders will be shipped at customer's expense.

RETURN GOODS POLICY: Products ordered in error and reported promptly and within 30 days of original order date can be returned for credit with prior authorization and customer paying shipping charges. Shipping errors by AUTOBODYPREP.com can be returned for credit with prior authorization with shipping charges being borne by AUTOBODYPREP.com. Address for return goods to be shipped to will be provided upon approval of return.
