3M has an extensive line of rubber-based and urethane coatings designed for corrosion protection, sound deadening, and stone chip protection.  3M Body Schutz 08864 is a time-tested product, introduced in 1970.  A newer version, 08964 3M High Coverage Body Schutz, is paintable and is offered in a No-Cleanup version using the 08801 No-Cleanup Applicator Gun.   3M Underseal 08883 Aerosol Undercoating is a rubberized undercoating that offers excellent protection, the convenience of aerosol, and is paintable when cured.
