Shipping Policies

We try to ship within 24 hours after receiving a customer order OR the next business day if the order is received on a week-end or holiday.   We will contact the customer via e-mail, phone or fax if there will be a delay.  We email "tracking numbers" to the customer on the day of shipment.

Return Policy

We offer 100% customer satisfaction.  If our customer makes an ordering error and brings it to our attention within 30 day of ordering we will accept returns with the customer paying the return shipping costs.  If AUTOBODYPREP.COM makes a shipping error we will pay the return freight with prior authorization and an address will be provided where to return the item(s).

Backorder Policy

We strive to ship 100% complete, however, if we are out of an item(s),  we will notify the customer within 24 hours via e-mail, phone or fax of the situation and determine the best course of handling.  AUTOBODYPREP.COM does not pay the shipping charges on backordered items but with the customer's approval we will hold the order until it can be shipped complete.

Damaged Goods Policy

If you receive an item that is obviously damaged, please note that with your UPS Delivery Person.  If that is not possible or you have concealed damage, please call AUTOBODYPREP.COM at 1-888-701-0854 and explain the situation and we will get involved with UPS or USPS and a replacement will be processed.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
